However, it makes Man even more suspicious about Keung. Man eventually finds out that Fa is not Keung's ex-girlfriend.

To prove that Fa is an undercover agent, Man deliberately discloses to Fa the location of his missile deal. Fa's identity is subsequently exposed, putting her in danger.

Episode 7 (June 1)

The police now know about the location of Man's missile deal. Man has to blow up the missile to destroy the evidence. The police can only indict him for commercial offences in a bid to put him in jail.

Fung proposes to Han, and she happily accepts.

Ming, in order to approach Yee, spends all his money to rent a flat next to Fa's. He even asks Keung to live with him to share the high rent.

Episode 8 (June 2)

With their wedding date approaching, Han suddenly tells Fung that she is not ready to marry him.

An old friend of Keung invites him to invest in a car company. Keung is interested and tries to raise money. He accidentally picks up a passbook that Fa has misplaced and discovers that she has quite a fortune.

Episode 9 (June 3)

Terrorists are suspected of being behind a series of anthrax incidents. Ki is in charge of the investigations. It is later discovered that Hung, who works for a Japanese research institute, has spread the virus in order to blackmail the government.

During an operation to hunt down Hung, some squad members become infected with anthrax. Hung escapes.

Keung plans to swindle Fa out of her money to set up his business.

Episode 10 (June 4)

Hung is arrested. Ki interrogates him about the location of his anthrax test tubes, but without success.

Keung begins to court Fa and even accompanies her to meet her father, to whom he boldly professes his love for Fa. Fa is touched.
